Job Description

Develops and implements a quality activities program utilizing the latest techniques, tools, and standards of care related to senior adults.

Provides feedback about patients to treatment team as necessary.

Clearly documents assessment and participation in activities in patients' charts.

Facilitates structured and pre-planned activity groups daily.


Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy or Activity Therapy required. Must be a licensed recreational therapist. One year of experience with psychiatric patients delivering recreational and activity therapy preferred.  Experience with providing therapeutic activities with senior adults preferred.
