Nurse Recruiter-(FT Days)
Under the general supervision of the Director of Human Resources and CNO, the Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for planning, developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies for assigned positions in the hospital. Recruiter will seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within Glenwood Regional Medical Center. Recruit applicants for open positions, arranging job fairs, luncheons, social functions, and speaking engagements with college campus representatives. Assists new employees with signing all new hire forms. Updates and maintains Position Manager-Applicant Tracking System.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing/PR, Nursing or related preferred. Previous experience in recruiting or nurse recruiting preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and the community. Good computer skills. Must be self-directed and self-motivated.
