Director Human Resources
The Human Resources Director is responsible for directing and overseeing all the activities in the HR department. This includes benefit administration, employee relations, recruitment and selection, record keeping, policy implementation/communication, and workers compensation administration. This position reports directly to the CEO/President.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation from college or university with a degree in personnel, business or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in professional level personnel work is required. Management and organizational experience essential.
- Communications skills, aptitude for intricacy and detail, and diplomacy are mandatory. Must be familiar and knowledgeable of pertinent labor legislation and statutes governing personnel activities.
